Our Cyber Support package is a dedicated technical support service, your organization can receive the technical assistance it needs when staff members have questions or challenges when using company software or hardware. Our IT services also include hardware installations (If purchased through us), maintenance and repairs, monitoring of your devices, and the administration of your servers. as well as unlimited helpdesk technical advice. Our Cyber Support service can help with onboarding by creating new user accounts, and setting up company equipment. Equally we can also ensure that leavers have their access disabled. We also include project planning time so we can develop plans to improve your IT environment to gain the efficiency that is required for your business to operate at its optimum. Our Cyber security package is the perfect addition to Cyber support for a secure and supported IT environment.
Paid upfront, our Cyber assessment aims to provide assurance that your business systems are protected from unauthorized access or change and that good practices are followed to ensure the safety and security of your IT environment. A series of checks and vulnerability assessments are carried out on site to which we then deliver a report of recommendation should anything need addressing. We will let you know all the good and weak points of your environment which if nothing else is a service worth having. This service is a one off fee at £475.00 - £675 depending on location.
