Our IT Service Plan is designed to provide your business with reliable, flexible and comprehensive IT support. Consider us your IT department; we address end user technical issues, deliver consultancy and advice, and provide an array of technical solutions for your business both remotely and onsite.
Purchase a block of 40 hours in advance at a reduced rate of £65 per hour (instead of £85). These hours can be used throughout the year for any remote or onsite labour needs. After each job, you’ll receive a summary of the hours used and the remaining balance.

For £850 per month, you get unlimited support calls and requests. This package covers all labour for remote and onsite work, including setting up new laptops, computer repairs, consultancy, advice, and technical support. It’s an all-inclusive package with a minimum term of 6 months. The only additional costs are for any parts needed. Device security for up to 10 devices is also included.
For £550 per month, you get 10 hours of IT support each month (unused hours cannot be carried over). This plan covers general support, device setup, repairs, consultancy, advice, and technical support. If you go over the allocated hours, additional hours are billed at a reduced rate of £65 per hour. This plan offers flexibility while ensuring all essential support needs are met, including device security for up to 10 devices.
This option is charged at £85 per hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour, for support as needed. Requests are met on a best-effort basis and are scheduled accordingly.
