This plan gives you unlimited remote support, plus phone and email assistance during business hours (09:00–17:00), so help is always available when you need it.

If an issue requires hands-on attention, you can book an onsite visit at a discounted rate of £65/hr (normally £85/hr), giving you flexibility without hidden costs.

You’ll also benefit from business-grade antivirus, Microsoft 365 user support, and direct access to your engineer—no ticket systems, no queues, just fast, friendly help.

(Minimum £200 spend / 5 seats, 12-month agreement, terms apply)
