Your plan includes two onsite support visits per year — used only when needed (for example, if remote access can’t fix the issue, or its easier to do a job in person for all parties). We’ll always try to resolve your problem remotely first for speed and convenience, but if we need to come to you, we’ll arrange a visit at a time that suits you. Additional visits are available at £65/hour (normally £85/hour) if you ever need more support.
